Shisno was born to a woman that did not want him. She gave him up to the monks at Tanakahori Temple as she was not the most reputable of people but in a very old profession.
Shisno was raised with the teachings of the temple and was taught alongside the Master’s daughter, Delora. As they grew older the two also grew closer.
The two were soon wed in the traditions of the temple and following their laws.
When he was 18, Master Tanakahori passed of old age. Delora was placed as the new master.
Soon, King Landgrave had new taxes set upon the Temple as he sought to close them. If they could not pay the taxes then they would be closed and repossessed by the government and used for military gain.
Delora made a trip to the capital shortly after that. She went to discuss the taxes. 2 months later she returned, but she was in the company of the King. She announced that the Temple was being closed and any treasures that it contained were being turned over to the King.
Along with being closed any contracts or official positions were dissolved. This meant that Shisno and Delora were no longer married.
The worst thing to happen to Shisno was made worse when he found out that the King and Delora were engaged to be wed as the previous queen has passed very recently. Whoever they could find no wrong doing on anyones part.
Shisno confronted Delora about the lies she has told and the love she was supposed to have for him. During the argument Delora attacked Shisno. To defend himself without causing serious injury to Delora he used a defensive throw and she hit the wall very hard. Shisno had to flee to escape the guards. Later he found out that Delora was with child and it was the Kings.
Now Shisno is wanted for killing the Kings unborn child and for attacking the queen. In retaliation for the attack the King siezed all temples and outlawed the practices of being a monk.
Along his travels Shisno met a beautiful bard simply called Miss and traveled with her.
He has made vows of celibacy and of truth as he can not tolerate the lies Delora told or the way that she succumbed to the pleasures of the flesh from another man.
Miss enjoys Shisno’s company at times as he will actually tell her what is going on with out trying to hide things from her. He has also never made a pass at her and he never will. He also watches out for her when it is needed.
They have currently traveled to Knorst to take advantage of the trade that happens there as Miss can ply her trade and Shisno has nothing better to do and can’t go home.
